Two scoring models — retainer clients and project based clients. Same 0 to 100 scale, different drivers. Below 70 triggers an alert under either model.

Engagement (response time, calls, report reads) · MRR direction (Maintained to Managed pathway) · tracking uptime (regressions caught, ticket SLA) · sentiment + data quality (signals, ROAS trend). Applies to Certify, Odisei, any Maintained or Managed client.
Delivery velocity (on time vs milestone plan) · blocker resolution (access / data gaps cleared) · scope discipline (changes handled, not dragging) · referral + conversion potential (recommend us, graduate to retainer). / 08 — The learning loop
This is what separates Amplio from every other agency. Recommendations don't float — they get logged, measured, and fed back into the pattern library.
Said something to a client in a meeting, email, or report? Append it to their recommendations-tracker.md — priority, status, linked pattern ID.
Any client interaction — call, email, chat — gets processed. Feature requests, objections, praise, satisfaction land in ## Client Signals.
When reviewing data, actively check if it confirms or contradicts cross-client-patterns.md. Three contradictions in 30 days downgrades confidence.

/ 09 — Weekly & monthly rituals
Show up consistently. Nothing heroic. The system is designed to make a disciplined AM look like a miracle worker.
"Session brief" in Claude. Read the state of the world. Glance at pipeline. Review any health alerts.
"Process inbox". Brain-Dump.md gets routed. update_ labeled Gmail threads sync to the Vault.
"Client health" runs the full scoring pass. Any client <70 gets a save plan drafted before Monday.
One report per client per month. Use the template. Run brand-review. Send with a calendar invite for the review call.
"Test patterns" + "Learning report". Cross client patterns confirmed, downgraded, or retired. Playbooks updated.
End every work block with "Update memory". CURRENT STATE overwritten, log appended. Future you thanks present you.
